    I am not surprised with the "gameplan" of two major shareholders (Risco Sharks and Chatchai) to defraud the remaining shareholders. I'm no "white collar" criminal law expert but to me, its prima facie a case of conspiracy.
    At least 3 key conspirators (e.g. Tom Soulsby, Chris Newton and Chatchai) in this "gameplan" can go to any extent to line up their pockets!
