89m shares is around $3.5m or 5.5% of the market cap.
I struggle to see how the Directors/Founders can keep a straight face, do a deal with EBOS then cash in on the open market 5 minutes later. So I doubt they dump on the open market.
Where did those off market 20m shares come from that EBOS acquired as part of their deal?
