There is only hardly a reported case of soembody overdosing from antidepressants also.
If he were taking the older style antidepressants from 25 years ago (TCAs) then yes toxicity levels would be extremely high if you overdose. However these are hardly prescribed nowadays. With the newer antidepressants since the introduction of Prozac, it is pretty much impossible to die from overdosing. In terms of toxicity, they are extremely safe.
