Spides, please elaborate. What do you mean when you say the "o/s R&D for Matmor is linked to final MPA due at end of this year" ?
Do you mean an overseas ruling which would enable expenses incurred in India to be claimed in OZ? and how does a commercial relationship (i.e. an agreement) affect the R&D claim? Will the rebate have to be returned when the plant is in production? You seem to be an expert on these things. I am just a retired industrial chemist who knows "stuff" and I question the basis of some of your posts.
