Fine, but given RAU's recent announcements, both regular and "as required", I don't believe RAU is in the bad books with the ASX and their reply to the enquiry was just the standard reply.
I agree that the reply to the ASX should have highlighted many of the recent events/announcements and that would have been better, ut on balance RAU does not have a case to answer - IMO.
