A hundred-million-dollar question which from the news could not be answered.

There are a few of news available:
1. The mine is in sale process and hope a deal in the coming December.
2. Investors in NA and Canada discussed the possibility of reproduction.

Who are these investors? Sound they work together as one buyer.

At current np price, could it be sold at a good price? I don't think so. Np is not hot enough and bidders should be a few only!

All want some good money but the sale must be done in a open market. If the bidding is open and just this group of investors put their bet as one buyer, the deal could not be good! Good price only could be happen with enough potential buyers, who compete for the mine.

Have you seen any auction get great price if just one buyer is there? When a lot buyers are there, the things are hot. The hotter the market the more buyer are there, which means good price!

Sound very bad: a deal has been done when np fails to get to $6.
