The only one spinning here is you. The SP was actually below the CR price when it was announced. The 5 Day VWAP didn't really mean much because such low volume changed hands during that time. The 1 month VWAP was 0.193.
Funny how you go on about it not being at a premium on this thread but on the other thread you cry doom and gloom because the SP has dropped slightly below the CR price on tiny volume.
It's pretty clear what your intentions are here - obvious down-ramping.
