in the prospectus(http://investors.johnslyng.com.au/DownloadFile.axd?file=/Report/ComNews/20171024/01911882.pdf) on page 112 you will see the statutory (ie. pre ipo ) balance sheet and the pro-forma (ie. post ipo) balance sheet. net equity goes from negative $14mil to positive $28.4mil . And the balance sheet is not complicated. it is mainly current assets and liabilties. ie. easily quantified.
Not sure how the ipo created a $2.4mil deferred tax asset too!
