People may take it the wrong way but I will say that I am now thinking that initial results show very little. The low dose, over a short time may require a fair bit of careful analysis to prove any positive effect. Remembering that AART patients do go to undetectable levels and can even have sex after six months on treatment, without fear of transmission. So any change is going to be difficult to pick and prove.
