I've got US $14,379 as the actual basket price of arafura's concentrate as at 18/6/07. As both Pirra and Norm has stated, they were being conservative. As at the same date, LYC's is US $13,490, yet not long before that they used US $8,600.
It's no wonder that ARU is confident that the project is a goer. They discounted the basket price in the same way that LYC was forced to, and that was a from a point 3 years out, with a increasing market.
I'm still comfortable that ARU has the goods and the ability, and think of this as a buying opportunity. I'll recommend it to my dentist.
