IMO, these North American and Canada investors are the same ones that were mentioned in the Mirabela Mineração announcement when MBN was placed into liquidation indicating that this had no affect on the mine as a new entity will be created in Canada........
So very likely they didn't get a good enough sell price from these 3 bidders and they are just going to re-list it on the TSX.
