By the way I have no agenda or am not siding with anyone - I am a mere mushroom, totally perplexed by this company and the recent eruptions that have occurred over the last few months.

ps It does look like DolceV and I have similar views - my is based on trying to piece bits together while DV is that plus talking with mgt and directors - as others here have done but present a different perspective. Hence my perplexion (if there is such a word : )
