Just to be clear I don't want GC gone, heck I voted for him.
BUT I don't want him running the company and I don't want him undermining excellent work that has been already done, nor blocking excellent strategies.
What matters is Matt. Is he able to review his previous assumptions and take in reality. I hope he is.
I will not be calling GC as I know what I'm going to hear. If accounts in here are accurate, and certainly after my conversation with him post AGM, he is showing no signs of being able to accept responsibility for misjudgement. He's always the victim.
People make mistakes, sure they do. But being unable to review them or take responsibility for them is potentially dangerous.
I am not a wishful thinker in relation to ADO any more. I want reality checks and reasonableness.
