I was worried about the fact they went so quickly to CR and didn't let it run to avoid dilution and increase the floor, but I think this is well done by management.
This has gone into the top 20 investors hands who are sticky, they own approx 67% of SOI.
The dilution isn't an issue & we get to participate and it won't be underwritten.
I have a feeling there will be further developments coming for us before we expect.
