No Mogga . Semantics have nothing to with it .
NAG put a tender in for early works PASS without being able to legally accept it . Why would they do that ? Practise for the real deal ? Or maybe to further display their amateur status in the quarry and waste management businesses ?
Further to that , the image on page 9 is misleading . At the moment NAG isn't in the running for any of those projects but the picture implies otherwise . It stinks like a rotten fish .
