You have got no shares so what are you worried about?
You have missed all the important bits such as:
- SGH is worth much more alive
- we have a $1billion WTG lawsuit going
- our NIHL is progressing
- next large repayment not due before sometime next year from memory
- cash flow seem to be under control (the suspicious part is that the lenders do not want to inform us how SGH is going today - that is alerting me that we might be going a lot better than everyone thinks).
To me the best way forward is a NO to the American lenders proposal and a NO to the SGH board. Time to clean up
