I agree. Shares consolidation is urgently required to reduce the register size. MC will remain same so there will be no Issues.
At this stage increasing share price from 0.2c to 0.3c means 50% increase in SP which is crazy. With share consolidation it will be a slow and steady increase which is much preferable.
