That can be $1m in cash or $500k in cash and $500k in equity. The shares are cash.

You could argue whether a $1m TR package is fair. Comparative to other companies operating across national borders it is low on the scale. Therefore you can't put a strong argument there, I suggest.

Again not supporting the board or Mr Grech. I will argue against irrational emotional outbursts, take a step back and think what you write. Shred schemes are not free, they in lieu of cash. That is what shareholders should want. No performance no at risk component of TR is forthcoming. Simple!
