Problem is that it would've have been so easy to orchestrate a more orderly sale that this looks like a sale at any cost.
The flip side is that maybe it's because there's only a small window for sale before more material announcements. Flip flip side is why the rush if the next announcement is going to be positive....
I hate when I talk myself to obvious negative conclusions.
