On 14Sept 2007, they said that profit for the first half of 2007-08 is expected to rise by 40 per cent to $A1 billion. The bank also said that it has no exposure to credit problems. So why is the price now in the mid $80s when they hit $98, 4 -5 months ago? Almost every big cap has rebounded past their previous high since then. My thoughts it should be well over $100 by now, esp. if they announce a special dividend or buy back with interim results coming out on 13 Nov - in 3 weeks. Whats going on?
