Cheap? It would have just been cheaper for mus to just pay backpackers and traveling farm workers to be their 'artisinal miners' to fossick for sapphire out in western and northern nsw...oops i meant rubies, now i'm confused is it rubies or sapphires they are looking for...gravel perhaps?
