Hi Yes we do have a large number on shares on issue. The reason for this is, we now have No Debt which is a big plus as funds recieved go straight to the bottom line after expenses . I believe that the directors have a lot of confidence that Centro will be OKed ( Maybe the government has given them some positive vibes re this ) hence them spending the time and monies to continue to upgrade the project.
