I see the shenanigans and it's dissapointing. I can't really help with your search for the truth. I didn't know AS at all and I think I only spoke to GC once in the last 6 months so don't really have a good feel for things.

I will comment on one thing though with the caveat that I don't know what actually happened at the AGM but what has been described about the Chairs behavior in trying to pass a motion with a show of hands knowing the proxy votes were so unambiguously against a resolution would have concerned me greatly were I still a shareholder. If that is truely what happened then it is a flat out failure in my eyes to represent shareholders in the one forum that they get an annual say about their company. I think you probably need JH now for a while as I doubt RS will stay longer than 3-6 months but I'd encourage his retirement plans ASAP if that is really what happenedat the AGM.

Good luck in your search for truth! I'll miss out on participating if ADO nails it one day but I have a couple of other irons in the fire that have a crazy H12018 coming up if things go right so thats where my interest is nowdays.
