I became a bit unsure about the ~$60m, thought some of the group costs might have to be offset against NZ, now im unsure if im unsure...
"Interested parties were told formal sale documents were due out next month, with Vocus seeking a deal well before its June 30 financial year end.
Tyrekickers have already been told Vocus is seeking well north of $500 million for the unit."
