I agree, its well possible for a new off take agreement to come with a prepayment for a mine expansion beyond the 5mt mine. The large Multinationals need stable and reliable supply of lithium and can't afford to solely rely on supply from unstable or unethical locations. Australia's resource will therefore be at high demand and can demand a premium, especially in the next 5-7 years, IMO
