Whether you like it or not or even worse fail to acknowledge the RCPS situation is a material event it will certainly be an issue raised at the AGM.
It is my understanding that many investors are awaiting answers from management that indicate that the decision to convert the RCPS had some sort of fundamental reasoning apart from looking after a select few.
No doubt the management will not be surprised by the questioning as they have received several emails over the issue.
This of course gives them a chance to rehearse how to enlighten us all on their thinking/behavior.
Nice to know some very savvy investors will be there to call them out on any half ass reasoning.
IMHO you might very well see a sell down after the meeting.
Lets see how lame ass their excuses are.
