The Deal will more than likely go through but right at this moment it hasn't so to trade BLK "Now" risks being trapped if it fails or alternatively the final terms of the signed agreement may not be as favourable as outlined in the last announcement.
They "cant" get any more from SI's full stop - like I posted once before that the next CR will be from shareholders Not SI's (I can re-post it if you like?). Pacific Road's terms are heavily in favor of Pacific Rd and they will win either way - SI'S only get a discount to the Current share price and take on all risk the same as any other Shareholder - of course they would have preferred SI's to complete the next CR as its quick and they would have had the money in the bank by the end of the week. Smoke and mirrors because that's exactly right at this moment what it is - How many times previously have this bunch stated things that turn out complete rubbish? - The funding announcement before this deal is finalised IMO is to get the share price up and have a better chance of 100% acceptances to the raising (failed miserably)- I may trade this as that's what I do and as stated before made 130k trading this stock and sold out after the 3rd CR at 0.73c selling on day one (I can re-post if you like? 2nd thoughts Ill re-post anyway) Got bagged by some when I posted this and stated my negative view on the company at around the point of the 3rd CR- a lot of holders would have done well to have taken this advice at that time. As stated in a previous post after CR 3 the share price hit the CR price in 2 days previously 3 looks like history is repeating itself...It has done it within the 1st hour this time...
