According to the announcement dated 14th November, the first payment of $1m was due 5 business days following receipt of purchase order. "This first payment is to be paid to MGC Derma within 5 business days of the purchase order under the terms of the binding agreement".
My reading of this was payment due following receipt of po, not delivery of product which would make it 4 days overdue?
