Totally agree with your summation. The only difficulty I see here is getting this model strategy clearly presented to the investor. Some have researched enough to satisfy thier investment where others may still see it as a little unclear and holding back for more information so maybe a little more clarity required by David Prentice.
Guys like SJD and others may re enter with further clarity. The model has obviously been presented well to Merchant, Mathew Walker, Red Leaf etc for them to take positions.
Time will tell this story when the oil majors need more land and wells and may well be left short paying a premium for acreae.
Who knows there has been some shifting and shuffling in the majors positions that a takeover or buyout may become very attractive. Imo we are a somewhat vulnerable at our current SP.
