I assuem SPP paperwork will be in teh mail in a few weeks. They will first of all announce the results of the CR and then release the SPP paperwork to the ASX. Every SPP differs. As far as I can tell it is an SPP and not a rights entitlement issue. As such they will most likely allow all shareholder to apply up to 15k. Then they will scale back as necessary. I have seen it in some cases (eg. pLS) were they have only then allocated shares to holder who hold say greater than 50,000 shares. I say be patient and wait for the details to come out.
