Does Rex have a A$20 billion in-ground metal value?

I continue to wonder about the poor SP performance of Rex. Today's market valuation is $16million - not very exciting!

I found the Chairman's recent address to SH gave advice on metal prices and exchange rates as at 23/11/2017 potentially very exciting!
    - Copper US$/lb (3.14)
    - Gold US$/oz (1,291)
    - Exchange rate USD/AUD (0.76)

From the 20 June 2013 Mineral Resource advice:

"at a copper cut-off of 0.2%, the total Mineral Resource at Hillside stands at 337Mt @ 0.06% copper and 0.14g/t gold, equating to approximately 2.0Mt (4.3 billion pounds) of copper, 1.4 Moz of gold."

The excitement mentioned above came from extending the above figures to reach a conclusion that Rex potentially has an in-ground metal value of A$20 billion. I would hope that the Rex management and board might also feel some new sense of excitement and be even more motivated into progressing development to maximise SH value way beyond the current A$16million.

If anyone actually reads this, they might check my figures above, and perhaps comment if they are also newly excited about Rex's potential for value escalation. And of course, if not - why not?
