thank u geffa and cyw for the idea, i can't see all any job rise, all i see is job are hard to find also only casual,any all my friends are out of job or scare cuting staff so...........may be they do the research all from the director so they can increase they wage is not for the poor the law is make for the rich.....poor get poorer ,rich get richer........
