I am not saying get rid of the tech team! That would be catastrophic for the company.
Im saying stand down the MD (someone who is tech minded) for someone who is very experienced in running a large business. A small mistake at this level could mean billions in the long term.
He has clearly shown he is not up for the top job by his decisions.
The team has done a great job getting us to where we are but its time to start with more experience.
