Surely a getting a decline is a much lengthier process than getting it approved. They would request more info and do further analysis before declining TGA. The fact that GMV already has its products FDA approved is an indication that these other permits will fall in place.
all we can do is speculate at this point.
So far its been only good news. No reason to think otherwise.
