    I'm a bit slow, but when they say:
    ...."for Sky and Space Global’s big constellation of satellites that we are building at the moment."
    How could that be taken any other way than (as Lebba pointed out), "with or without funding, GOMSpace are building the constellation of satellites for SAS right now."
