China short of gas.
As winter bites there will be some lessons learnt and the leadership will be asking why didn't you guys buy more gas finger pointing.
Winter in Beijing is January so the real test will happen soon.
Hopefully this will be a call to arms for the chinese state owned enterprises to open their check books.
PNG LNG will be their solution.
