The sp might settle a bit lower once the spp buy action peters out next week.
On friday there were 805 trades, for a total of $1,231,918 value and 1,691,915 volume, so it seems a few were buying a small parcel to qualify for the spp
I think the immediate impact of the dilution on COE's per share valuation is negative, regardless of the extra cash on the balance sheet.
However, in time, the risked exploration value of the Tunisia farmin will get factored in as we get closer to drilling a well so med/long term its a good thing.
A bit like COE at 44cps early 2007 when we knew kurnia would be drilled, but the kurnia premium taking the sp to 70c+ not occurring until spud.
