Ann: TSN Business Update on TSI India, page-19

I don't understand all the constant talk about buyback. Buy them back with what? We are down to 0.9c, we were previously told we needed to be somewhere in the range of 3-4c for a buyback to even be possible. How are we going to get there? DecipherWorks? That's a tiny company doing some custom service gigs (i.e. not the most scalable model). Yes I do believe we can grow the business, but 400% in a matter of months? I don't see how. And this announcement is of a recovering TSI doing better and better. Is 3-4c still an option then? Or is it 4-5c now?

I don't know the answers to any of these questions and I'm not deliberately trying to be negative here, I'm just confused by all the constant talk as if we can buy them back at any moment.
