Police have stated:
"A $20 note found in possession of another occupant of the car allegedly had traces of ecstasy and cocaine on it."
.....and remember the whole thing was police videoed.
Without a doubt it was his female passenger and NOT COUSINS carrying the $20 note. Besides its a crock of bull anyway. A lot of notes out there have traces of drugs on them and thats fact. For example nearly 100% of notes in Britain have traces of A class drugs on them.

However at the end of the day he refused a driver assessment test and it seems highly likely he was hiding something. Maybe it was bad advice from his lawyer but can't see what you would lose by being tested other then proven innocent or guilty.
