From memory after the capital reconstruction we were over the 250,000,000 shares, definitely not 350 million. Consider that we received one for five and then multiply the 350 million by fiove and you would end up with, 1,750,000,000 shares (1 and 3/4 billion shares that is) and from my recollections we didn't have that many shares on issue before that.
I could be wrong and willing to stand correction, but I am quite confident of my figures and I don't believe that a correction should be made.
I do agree with you though about trying to prop up the price of the shares at the time that it was forced upon us, and making it look good for some outsider.
