What I like with CommSec is they allow you to buy with I believe just 20% funding and you can deposit the rest of the payment on T2 settlement, you can also buy instantly when you just sold, unlike direct shares, you can only buy based on full available amount, and if you sell, it would take 3 min before you can use the expected proceeds to buy. This is assuming there are no hiccups, and a few seconds can cost a fortune.
