The Chinese are already here! Already many stores and AUZ is barely breaking even. READ THE PROSPECTUS. This is being merged with a loss making warehouse business in WA. My wife is Chinese and does a bit of daigou for her family, and says AUZ prices are not competitive. Now AUZ has a bunch of cash from the IPO to open stores. I reckon it will be tough for them, as Chinese Australians like to shop for the best deal, and AUZ will have to pay kickbacks to Chinese tour operators to get the Chinese tours to their shops, so wafer thin margins.
