Maybe someone might be able to correct me if I am wrong, but having a look at the exploration tenement directly above SWII and directly below SWI, it looks like the exploration permit 850.304/2009 lapsed on March 3, 2017.
It looks like a "negative report" was presented by Vale on same date, and more importantly, it doesn't look like there was an extension past this date.
Now relating this back to SWII, I believe that the best past of SWII was on the top right hand corner and potentially straddling the border of the tenement which appears to be up for grabs too.
Sounds too good to be true, but that's what the DNPM website looks like its saying to me. Or maybe the tenement is just barren and not worthy of further exploration.
