that was a quickest I have anyone ever come out with the CR placement price... did you personally get tapped for it or did you just happen to get some word from the street?
if is @1.1c I will be very happy... not a bad discount... one of my other play got 30% discount - trading at 2.6c and placement @2c... I hate these mates rates when they go so low as 30% discount... this will be acceptable by a fair margin if true... plus 18m is not a big amount of shares too... happy with both if true...
