The chart shows new customers per quarter with the equation New Customers = 800 + 600x where x = 0 for Q1 2018, 1 for Q2...
Total customers then grows quadratically with Total Customers = 800+1100x+300x^2
Being conservative, they have forecast a linear increase in sales per quarter rather than the geometric
increase that we have seen in the past. Quadratic increase isn't as good as the exponential increase that geometric increase would cause, but it's still pretty good.
