Well Qbl/MCL is one of the company's putting in an application for Medical Canabas license this will open up the flood gates for some serious cashflow this may explain we may have some good news regarding the licence , I wouldn't be surprised if Qbl are in a TH tomorrow morning or Friday morning someone must know something with these big buy orders coming through 4.5 m at 6.7 this guy must be confident he is gonna make alot of money it could also be some rich man got millions to play with and there is broker activity happening.
