Agree Beany72. White Range was supposed to be our big thing and how do we even know that it is not being sold for a song?
All this on-market buying of shares by the management in the lead up to this announcement sounds a bit suss. Surely Lakshman and his mates (not sure if handlers would be appropriate) will make a decent buck out of this.
I had previously posted an article which talked about Lakshman's involvement in the previous take over:
http://www.smh.com.au/business/hydromet-takeover-more-than-mornings-work-20120419-1x9zl.html
I also came across this article when he was in Srilanka (no surprises here):
http://www.thesundayleader.lk/2013/09/29/boi-dishonouring-mahinda-chinthana/
Does anyone know if Lakshman has ever delivered a successful outcome for the shareholders?
I am not talking about dilution but actual increases in the SP where the shareholders who were lied to ended up making money?
I am just lost at what people seem to get away with these days.
