Why are you backing your point using a $12 cobalt price? Haven't been paying attention, or just wake up from a long sleep? The economics of the project are nothing like your numbers, even if you assume a higher CAPEX and OPEX just because you say so. Do the math with todays battery quality cobalt and nickel sulphate price, lets say $30 and $6/pound, and give us a revised operating costs per pound of nickel produced, including cobalt credits, based on today's numbers. Don't even bother with scandium or platinum credits, we'll add that in later, along with some higher cobalt and nickel price cases, in line with industry expectations.
