I downloaded it and while I am not very happy about what could eventuate environmentally in the Donnelly area seems like go to the very last pages.
I will be researching any environmental impact and similar as a priority. This region is of my families history.
The last pages and actually paying up for whatever you want straight forward.......I think......
There is a LOT of info (legalise) that I do not understand either by the way.
