I agree that it's possible to use fake orders to tree shake, as there's no buy side since everyone's buying on market instead of queuing up. That way when a sell does occur they can soak up shares cheaper by reloading $5,000 orders or something to that effect.
So yeah fake orders can be used in a variety of ways. My interpretation was someone was trying to exit at the best possible price because I didn't think the news was even worth the price moving. I assume this will be a pump and dump scenario where hype is built and the heavy holders will exit when they think its hit its peak.
I honestly kind find any genuine value in the FFG announcement to justify such an increase in the market cap.
